The Academy will charge $25 per hour for any hours extending beyond the scheduled end date. Payment arrangements must be agreed upon by both the academy owner and the student during that time. All over-contract fees must be paid in full prior to completing hours/credits. Over-contract fees do not negate any current payments for training.

If withdrawn or terminated from the training before completion, the Academy will charge a non-refundable administration fee of $25. Students are responsible for paying the total cost of training and fees plus any additional or interest fees.

Technique Training Costs

Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card. Students are required to purchase kit items from the academy for educational training. Kit/Mannequin purchases are sourced by the academy from suppliers selling to licensed professionals, cosmetology schools, and academies. The Academy reserves the right to change the selection of kit, mannequins, and supplies required for education at any time due to publishing or shipping matters.

Adjustments for scholarships/grants are not included in the cost and payment options section. However, the cost of the course may be reduced based on the terms of the scholarship or grant.
